SILVER (tie): Hire Purpose: How Smart Companies Can Close the Skills Gap, by Deanna Mulligan with Greg Shaw (Columbia Business School Publishing) in the human resources and employee training category. Separately, Hire Purpose also won a Book Excellence Award.
